Scrambler Cycle

Taken from a 1962 Honda Motor Cycle Owner's Manual
Translated by Honda for the American Motorcycle Rider

1. At the rise of the hand by Policeman, stop rapidly.
Do not pass him by or otherwise disrespect him.

2. When a passenger of the foot, hooves in sight, tootel the horn
trumpet melodiously at first. If he still obstacles your passage,
tootel him with vigor and express by word of mouth, warning Hi, Hi.

3. Beware of the wandering horse that he shall not take
fright as you pass him. Do not explode the exhaust box at him.
Go soothingly by.

4. Give big space to the festive dog that makes sport in roadway.
Avoid entanglement of dog with wheel spokes.

5. Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the
skid demon! Press the brake foot as you roll around
the corners, and save the collapse and tie up.

Great on-board footage of the same course.

Marcus form Florida stopped in today for a front tire,  his 7500 km service and a few other additions to his already well outfitted 2011 Ural. He left about a month ago and from here he was headed up to Canada, west to the coast, South into Mexico and probably home after that.

He updated me tonight with the picture below when from his campsite. Lucky him......

Cleveland CycleWerks - Tha Heist

The focus of Scrambler Cycle is vintage bikes. Then I saw the bikes from Cleveland CycleWerks and figured they would fit right in with the rest of the bikes around here. The only bike currently available is tha Heist. Its a 250cc motorcycle with bobber styling. Tha Misfit is slated to be ready in a couple of weeks. There is also tha Ace and that will be later this year.

I have a Heist on the way and plan to put it through its paces when it arrives. Personally I can't wait to see what the Ace is like. It looks like a great all around bike.

If you have never heard of Cleveland CycleWerks you can check them out here - www.ClevelandCycleWerks.com

If you are interested in checking out these new bikes before the snow flies here in Wisconsin just let me know.

In for a general once over to make it a reliable runner. Installed an alternator kit along with the spotlights and big ol' blinkers out front.
